Shipping Wine:  The signature of an Adult, 21 years or older of legal drinking age is required for wine delivery.  All shipping companies require an adult signature when delivering wine. Three attempts will be made for delivery, if delivery is not made the order is then shipped back to us, and the order is  subject to a second shipping charge and a $5.00 Handling Fee.  Please note the original shipping charge is non-refundable. We are happy to ship to a business address if it is more convenient.  Additional shipping charges will be added (Package Intercept Charge) if changes are made while the package is in transit.  

Returns:  Customer satisfaction is very important to us, if you are not entirely thrilled with your purchase we're here to help.  To return a product please call 715-479-6546, or fill out our Contact Us Form, subject: 'Returns and Refunds'.  You may also contact us by email at:  info@lakenokomiscranberries.com 

Returns must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Refunds:  We will process refunds within 15 business days of receiving your returned product. The product must be returned in satisfactory condition, which means it is not damaged, broken, worn or altered in any way, and in the original packaging. Upon satisfactory return of the product, we will issue a refund for the product minus shipping charges. Please include the packing slip that came with your order when you return the product.
 

Perishable items:  Every effort is made to insure perishable items arrive fresh.  Shipments may be held or require expedited shipping at additional cost due to weather conditions, if that is the case the customer will be contacted via email or by phone.  If a perishable item does not meet our customer's satisfaction we can replace it with a like item, offer a credit towards future purchases, or refund the item purchase price, excluding shipping charges.  Please note we are not responsible for packages containing perishable merchandise delivered without the signature of the recipient, example "left at door".
 

Non Perishable items:  If the item does not meet the customer's satisfaction we can accept returns for exchange, store credit, or refund via original method of payment, excluding shipping charges.
 
If your package appears damaged upon receipt, please contact us at 715-479-6546.  Please save all original packaging, this will be needed to make a claim with the carrier.
